Josh Paul

The most rewarding part of my time in professional baseball has been watching my teammates grow. Supporting their development as players, their success as coaches, and their growth as people has meant more to me than any of the wins or losses. As I continue my own journey, I’m excited to share the lessons I’ve learned with amateur players, coaches, and parents as they forge their own paths.

Mental skills training is my passion. A clear direction magnifies effort. A simple routine reinforces skill acquisition. A balance of focus and awareness alleviates anxiety. The slightest adjustment in perception unleashes growth. Combined with well-designed physical training, sharp mental skills become a force multiplier for developing athletic performance and personal growth.
